For employers
Workers who are actually still looking.
You have been sent candidate lists before. The problem is never the length of the list. It is that half of them took a job three weeks ago and the rest never answer.
-
Every 14 days
One message: are you still looking? One tap. Anyone silent for 28 days comes out of the pool. Each profile shows the date they last confirmed it, so you can judge for yourself rather than taking our word for it.
-
Collected and tracked
Clearance numbers, first aid, CPR, certificates, in one place with the dates on them. We chase a worker before something lapses rather than after. That is two hours of your week back.
-
Facts, with dates
No scores, no rankings, no claim that someone is suitable. We have not met them. You get dated facts and the evidence behind them, and the decision stays yours.
What we can and cannot check
We are precise about this because the alternative is a claim we cannot support. For AHPRA registration we check the public register ourselves. For an NDIS Worker Screening Check we hold the number and the evidence, and you verify it through the Commission portal, because only an employer with its own ID can.
What our words mean lists every credential and exactly what we are allowed to say about it. It is the most important page on this site.
What it costs
Nothing today. We are not yet licensed as an employment agent in Western Australia, so we charge no fees to anyone. Once licensed, the intended pricing is $390 a month for pool access or a flat $3,900 when you permanently hire someone.
Published, not negotiated. The market rate for the same hire is 12 to 18 per cent of first-year salary, roughly $7,700 to $11,550 on a support worker. The full pricing.
Every role and sector we cover, with what each one costs and which of them are open today.

Common questions
What does Ready & Cleared cost an employer?
Nothing at present, because we are not yet licensed as an employment agent in WA and so charge no fees. The intended pricing once licensed is $390 a month for pool access or a flat $3,900 on a permanent hire, against a market rate of 12 to 18 per cent of first-year salary.
How is this different from a candidate database?
Every worker reconfirms availability every 14 days and drops out of the pool after 28 days of silence, so the list is people who are actually looking rather than everyone who ever registered.
Do you verify the NDIS Worker Screening Check?
No, and nobody outside your organisation can. Only an employer with its own Employer ID can verify a clearance through the NDIS Commission portal. We hold the number and the evidence and track the expiry date; you do the verification.
Do you rank or score candidates?
No. There is no score, rating or suitability claim anywhere in what we send you. We pass on dated facts and the documents behind them. The interview, the reference checks and the decision stay yours.
Tell us the roles and the suburbs.
No form, no demo, no discovery call. Email us what you are trying to fill and we will tell you how many support workers we have nearby.
