One number, and we publish it.
A percentage fee means a negotiation, and a negotiation means a salesperson. We would rather print the price and not employ one.

Against the market
| One permanent support worker | Cost |
|---|---|
| Typical agency, 12% of salary | about $7,700 |
| Typical agency, 18% of salary | about $11,550 |
| Ready & Cleared, flat | $3,900 |
Why flat instead of a percentage
A percentage rewards us for placing the most expensive person rather than the right one, and it makes every hire a negotiation. A flat fee removes both problems. It also means the price of hiring a support worker does not go up because you happened to need a senior one.
What candidates pay
Nothing, at any point, whether or not we are licensed. If anyone ever asks a worker for money to be on this list, it is not us.
Our licence status
We are not currently licensed as an employment agent under the Employment Agents Act 1976 (WA). Until we are, we charge nobody anything. The prices above are what we intend to charge once licensed, published now so there are no surprises later.
Common questions
How much do recruitment agencies charge in Australia?
Permanent placement is typically 12 to 18 per cent of first-year salary. On a support worker salary of about $64,200 that is roughly $7,700 to $11,550 for one hire.
What does Ready & Cleared charge?
A flat $3,900 on a permanent hire, or $1,900 for a casual pool hire, plus an optional $390 a month for pool access. Published, not negotiated. Nothing is charged until we hold a WA employment agent licence.
Do candidates pay anything?
No. Candidates are never charged, licensed or not.
