What we cover, and what is next

One sector is open. The rest are a plan with an order and a reason, not a promise. This page says plainly which is which, because a list of logos you cannot actually hire from is the oldest trick in recruitment.

Disability and aged care

Open now

Around 5,500 Perth searches a month from workers, almost none from providers, and turnover several times other sectors. Scarce workers and desperate, fragmented employers is the only shape where a pool is worth paying for.

Tickets and clearances with expiry dates, so the wallet and the chasing apply. 15 roles mapped.

Construction

Not open yet · planned, position 2

The same product with a bigger wallet. A construction worker carries a White Card, a high risk work licence, heights and confined space tickets, and most of them expire. Chasing those dates is exactly what this engine already does.

Tickets and clearances with expiry dates, so the wallet and the chasing apply. 2 roles mapped.

Nursing and allied health

Not open yet · planned, position 2

The cheapest growth available: the same providers already paying for support workers, buying a higher-fee role. AHPRA registration is also the one credential we can confirm ourselves.

Tickets and clearances with expiry dates, so the wallet and the chasing apply.

Mining and resources

Not open yet · planned, position 3

Entry-level FIFO has far more workers than jobs, so a pool of them is worth nothing. Licensed trades are the opposite and carry fees of $12,000 upward. Worth doing only on the trades, and only once the ticket wallet is proven in construction.

Tickets and clearances with expiry dates, so the wallet and the chasing apply. Roster based rather than commute based. 3 roles mapped.

Trades and maintenance

Not open yet · planned, position 4

Licensed, scarce and well paid. Needs the construction ticket wallet first.

Tickets and clearances with expiry dates, so the wallet and the chasing apply.

Dental practice support

Not open yet · planned, position 5

A competition index of 12 means effectively nobody is competing, and a practice owner decides in a day. Small ceiling, very low resistance.

Tickets and clearances with expiry dates, so the wallet and the chasing apply. 1 role mapped.

Veterinary support

Not open yet · planned, position 5

Competition index of 10, acute shortage, high churn. Pairs with dental.

Tickets and clearances with expiry dates, so the wallet and the chasing apply. 1 role mapped.

Early learning

Not open yet · planned, position 6

Behaves like care, including the same absent employer-side search. Working With Children gated, high churn.

Tickets and clearances with expiry dates, so the wallet and the chasing apply. 1 role mapped.

Marketing and office

Not open yet · planned, position 7

The odd one out, and last for a reason. No licence exists to hold, so the expiry wallet that makes the rest of this work does not apply, and the proof has to be work history instead. A different product wearing the same name.

No licence exists for this work, so there is nothing to expire and the proof is work history instead. 1 role mapped.

The order is not arbitrary. Care is first because it is the only sector with evidence behind it. Construction and mining follow because a worker there carries more expiring tickets than a support worker does, which is the same product with more to chase. Marketing is last because no licence exists to hold, so it needs a different kind of proof and earns less from this engine.
