Which one lapses first?

Put in the date each document was issued and we will tell you when each runs out, and which one is about to cost you a shift.

It runs in your browser. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent anywhere.

Some of these are set by state law and the difference is real. A Working With Children Check lasts five years in New South Wales and three in Western Australia.

Fill in the ones you have and skip the rest. Partial answers still work.

Most people find CPR is the one that has quietly run out. It renews every year, separately from first aid.

Based on standard validity periods. Your own certificate is the authority.

Let us track these for you

We chase you a month before any of them lapse.

Why this is the thing that costs people work

Every document in care work renews on a different cycle. CPR every year, first aid every three, a clearance every five, and a police check that never formally expires but goes stale at about twelve months in most providers' eyes. Nobody tracks four separate clocks, so a shift gets cancelled on a Tuesday because a certificate ran out on the Sunday.

That is the entire reason this business exists. Register once and we hold the dates and chase you before any of them turn red.

Common questions

How long does an NDIS Worker Screening clearance last?

Five years from issue, subject to ongoing monitoring.

How often do first aid and CPR need renewing?

First aid (HLTAID011) every three years. CPR (HLTAID009) every year, separately. The CPR one is what catches most people out.

Does a police certificate expire?

Not formally. It is a snapshot of the day it was issued, and most care providers want one issued within the last twelve months, so we treat twelve months as the practical limit.
