We have not checked this one yet
We know WorkSafe WA issues it . We have not read the fee and the rules at the source.
Every other page on this site states where its figures came from and when they were checked. Copying a number off another website would break that, so this page stays short until somebody reads the authority properly.

- Fee
- Validity
- How to apply
True wherever you are
- There are two costs, not one
- The training course, then a separate government licence fee You pay a registered training organisation to train and assess you, and then your state regulator to issue the licence. Course prices vary enormously by location, roughly $350 in regional areas to around $750 in inner Sydney or Melbourne. The regulator fee is separate and much smaller.
- How long it lasts
- 5 years
- Do not sit on your assessment
- Applications usually have to be lodged within 60 days of being assessed Miss the window and the assessment can lapse, which means paying for the course again. Confirm the deadline with your own regulator.
- What the regulator fee is
- Not published here Three separate sources quote the New South Wales fee as $83, $92 and $98, and disagree similarly on every other state. Rather than pick one, we have left it out until a regulator schedule can be read directly. Your regulator publishes the current figure.
The rest of your tickets
A forklift licence is one of several you probably carry, each on its own clock. See which of yours lapses first, or register and we hold them all and chase the dates.
