New South Wales calls it a RSA Competency Card. Elsewhere in Australia the same thing is a responsible service of alcohol.

Queensland is the most accommodating, New South Wales and Victoria both want you to do a bridging course before you can work there permanently, and a certificate that is fine in one state can be worthless in the next.
