Terms of use
Nobody is charged anything today. We are not licensed as an employment agent in Western Australia, so we charge no fees to anyone, and workers will never be charged whatever happens to the licence. These terms cover what we do with what you give us and what we will not claim about you.
Last updated 2026-10-26. Not yet reviewed by a lawyer, and the operating entity is still being established, so these terms do not yet name a company or an ABN. Both will appear here when they exist.
What we are
A pool of workers who have confirmed they are available, with their credentials held and their expiry dates tracked. We are not a job board, not a marketplace, and not an employer. If you are hired, the employment relationship is between you and the employer, not with us.
What we never claim about you
We do not assess, rate, rank or score anyone, and we never tell an employer that a person is suitable, safe or reliable. We have not met you. What an employer receives is the document you gave us and the date we checked it. Interviews, reference checks, verification of screening and the duty of care remain the employer's.
What you are telling us
That the documents you upload are yours and genuine, and that the dates on them are the real ones. We check what we can against public registers and say plainly when we cannot. Uploading someone else's document, or an altered one, is a good way to end up removed from the pool and is a matter for the issuing authority rather than for us.
What we do not promise
- WorkBeing in the pool is not an offer of employment and does not guarantee an introduction, let alone a job.
- A timeframeWe publish no fill time because we have not run the volume to have an honest one.
- That a figure is currentEvery published figure carries the date we checked it. Fees and rules change, often on 1 July. The date is the promise, not the number.
- Uninterrupted serviceIt is a website. It will occasionally be down.
Leaving
Email hello@readyandcleared.com and ask to be removed. We delete your record and the documents you uploaded, and tell you when it is done. You do not have to give a reason.
Fees, when there are any
Workers are never charged. For employers the intended prices are published on the pricing page rather than quoted on enquiry, and nothing is charged to anyone until the licence question is resolved. If that changes, it changes here first.
These terms
If we change them, the date at the top changes and the substance of the change is described rather than buried. They are governed by the law of Western Australia.
